All three move independently; using only one is how a real edge gets missed.
Why do close-spread games matter more than high totals alone?
A high total with a lopsided spread often means one offense dominates the game script while the other gets abandoned early — real production concentrated on one side, not spread across both. A close spread means neither team is expected to pull away, so both offenses stay live longer into the game.
Where do the matchup multiplier numbers actually come from?
